Be careful. I was scammed by a group that called themselves many names, Techify, Nerds, Inc., etc. I thought I was speaking to a support chat box, and somehow they got my telephone number and led me to believe they were the company I was with whom I was speaking. They wanted $199.00 to solve the problem and convinced me that I had to do it because a lot of other websites had access to my information. It was all baloney. I do not know if Techify or Nerds is legit or not. I know I will never figure out how they got my telephone number and told me horrifying things if I didn't do what they wanted.

The thing that was so great about Mike is he has the ability to put up with Air Heads like myself. I am no good with anything to do with computers. But he helped me find out how to complete the setting the printer up.
