Ray was great!

Got my computer keyboard fixed over night.

He texted me when it was done. When I came back to pick it up he explained all the issues and my key replacement only cost $99

Saved me from replacing the whole keyboard which was going to cost $2500

I came here for data recovery for my 2019 MacBook Pro after it crashed and would not start rebooting on recovery mode. From the beginning, Ray was professional and kind. He was able to successfully save all of my data in a matter of a couple days. He was also extremely sympathetic to my financial position as a student. I got my cell battery replaced and the camera lens. Ray showed me everything before and after and walked me through what to expect.

My Samsung SSD boot drive was no longer being recognized by my PC. Ray was able to recover all the user data including the latest files for several design projects, and I had my files back within 24 hours. The cost was well worth it, given the amount of time that I would have spent re-creating it all. Excellent service, easy-to-access location, would recommend!

Very happy. I dropped my phone and broke it. The display would not come on and Apple said it could not be repaired and needed a display to be able to back up anything. They turned me away with a brand new $1000.00 phone that they weren't even able to activate because I am with FirstNet. Panicked,, I called TechCare and spoke with Ray (So doggone pleasant) who listened intently to my dilemma and said to bring the phone by. I arrived and he was polite, professional, explained things easily, sorted out the issues and said, "Let me try!" Two hours later, a screen in on, with a display and he is transferring all of my data to my new phone. The Guru in phones (APPLE) turns me away and it turns out that the "real" Guru and HERO was Ray. I cannot recommend ENOUGH! Please see him for any of your data recovery needs. A+

Owner is a professional individual that assisted from finding parking spaces, diagnosis of my electrical device (laptop), and to solutions. I had a problem in my DC hack and had it fixed within a few hours. There was no need to replace the jack itself or serious repairing, and I got charged nothing. I highly recommend the place.
