Super nice person helped me out the only big issue I have is it’s way overpriced for screen protectors, I went in to get a iPhone 16 pro screen protector with the privacy screen and I was wanting glass but got plastic instead just because I was in a pinch and needed one, and it was $43!!! On Amazon you can buy a 2 pack glass privacy for $30 and it comes with the self alignment and dust removal slide, because I was in a pinch I had to get it, so if you want to save a lot of money on a super nice screen protector I would recommend looking on Amazon or going some place else.

I dropped my phone & broke my screen. It was repaired within a few hours. Noted an issue with the "S"pen not connecting. Was no big deal. As I just cleared the alert. A few weeks later, we had an issue with a different device, I casually mentioned I was happy with the repair. But curious about the S-pen connectivity. The owner told me it was a rare issue, and would order a replacement part. A few days later, the screen was replaced under warranty and everything works perfectly!!!! I highly re commend them

My husband shattered his iPhone screen. It was so "spider webbed" you couldn't read anything but the largest letters and numbers. He took it in and it was repaired same day, within 2 hours. We will be back as the people were great, too.

These guys are amazing. I NEVER write teviews, but I cannot recommend highly enough. Ask for Kade especially. No high pressure sales, upcharge, attempts to get you to spend a bunch of $. In fact they gave options that would have led me to not spend $ if I wanted (this would have yielded a zero profit for the store!). I feel like these folks first want to help the customer, and this is a dying approach in retail and service industries.

Felt like family from the moment I stepped through the door, Tech Pros is great! Heman was SO helpful and kind, and took me through the whole process of fixing a couple screens with ease.
