Larry's nice however I took my computer to him three times to get fixed (which I was billed quite handsomely for) and at the end of the final time my computer was still broken. Moved and took my computer to another place, and it was diagnosed the first time for FREE. Maybe this business is good for quick fixes but I paid more than a hundred dollars each time for repairs that didn't even work, and the solution was literally just look at the graphics card and see that it's physically broken. Just kinda feel ripped off now.

Do NOT offer too much trust here. I took my wife's KindleFire in to repair/replace a cracked screen, yet after a month they hadn't called. So I called them.
The person who answered the phone took my call. I asked about the device -- the person who answered said "Come in" (to pick it up).
When I arrived, I walked in and looked around. (I'm sorry yet I was shocked and have to say -- imo, this business is either collecting or hording tech artifacts such as pc towers, keyboards, monitors, etc. -- this place is disgusting.) There's no system to my knowledge. I inquired/asked regarding the device, and they found it (yey - smiles). They handed me the device, the screen was not attached -- it now had a broken clip on the back which prevented any screen to be securely attached. The person I was chatting with then blamed another employee (not present) who was claimed to be inexperienced -- I tried to turn on the device, which now didn't work. The person I was chatting with claimed "that employee" also caused the device to not power-on.

I'm NEVER recommending THIS BUSINESS to anyone.

*NOTE: WORD TO THE WISE - polished black car in the photos for their business -- irrelevant and something to be aware of -- they aren't focused on ksa's -- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities. What do they actually do here?

I left a phone message and got a quick response from Larry. He said he would do a free estimate for all my three laptops. Within about 3 to 4 hours he got back to me with a diagnosis for each laptop. He gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. I found my new go to computer Guy! Thank you Larry!

My hard drive on my laptop failed on me and Larry was able to get me taken care of in a quick and professional manner. As a business owner being without my #1 laptop makes things a little difficult. Larry got it done same day and had me back in service quickly. Would highly recommend!

I really appreciate Larry. What could be called a tough situation when my computer started breaking down right when I needed it to be working at it's best, Larry was able to come through for me. I don't know much about computers but when you can feel that someone helping you is being truthful and trying to break it down for you while also charging you a very reasonable rate, it helps a lot. My computer is working great now and I'm really happy I went to Larry.

I brought Larry an unusual problem. My old Palm Pilot would not "Hot Sync" with my new computer. Larry spent a lot of time trying to get the Palm and my computer to "talk to one another". As with a lot of computer related problems you have to try different things to get it to work. Larry patiently and diligently tried different things (and a new USB adapter cable) until it work. I had tried other places and they were not able to solve the the problem. I recommend Larry for any computer related issues. I can't tell you how please I was when the "Hot Sync" worked.
