I can't say enough good things about my experience with tech friendly repair and Consulting particularly with Kathleen as my service tech. From start to finish the service was exceptional. Kathleen arrived on time and ready to tackle my computer issues. I was definitely in a bind & frustrated with my computer running slower than normal, this has been a problem for a while. She quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. Her expertise was immediately evident but what truly set her apart was her ability to communicate with me. She didn't bombard me with technical jargon, instead she explained the problem and her solution in a way that even a novice like myself could understand. It was incredibly refreshing to feel like I was a part of the process rather than being left in the dark.
As for the solution, Kathleen worked her magic and optimized my computer's performance. It's like having a new computer, no more sluggishness, no more frustration, just smooth efficient computing.

I was looking for some help with an old laptop I found in storage so I started asking around my friend group for references. A friend of mine mentioned this company was fast and affordable so I thought I would try it out. The woman I spoke to was very kind and obviously knowledgeable. She arrived at my house at the agreed upon time and worked quickly at figuring out what the issue was. Not only did she explain it to me in a way I could understand, she made sure I wasn’t overcharged for the labor. I had such a great experience that I called again for help installing my new printer not long after that. I highly recommend this company for any tech repair or installation you may need.

I have had the pleasure of working with “Tech Friendly Repair & Consulting”. Their experience and knowledge has been priceless to me. Many times I have wished for more money to be able to pay higher for their services. I needed a wide variety of help and Tech Friendly never disappointed. Always professional on time courteous and delivered more than I paid for. The consulting advice I received help me take my ideas and actually turn them into products my book, “Drunk Journaling of Spiritual Goulash”, my clothing “Mustlerz”, and various Social media sites “Superwoman X” “That’s Her Is” etc. As someone with many ideas and projects Tech Friendly always was able to keep me focused and helped me deliver. Kat is a very friendly person and very knowledgeable. She takes her time ask you what happened why did the equipment stop working or is not working (what happen). Then she works step by step through her mental list from the beginning to the end to fix the equipment. Then she goes back and explains each step in simple English what happen and then she shows/tells you what happen. On top of that she tells you what to do if it happens again so you are back in business in no time with no stoppage to using the equipment.
