It really is April fool’s. TDS is a Joke. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I signed up for internet only. I am being charged a phone bill. I DON’T EVEN HAVE A PHONE. Calling customer service is useless. I have spent 6+ hours on the phone with them. At this point I have given up on fixing the charges and just want to cancel everything. Apparently customer service can’t handle that either. I went to TDS in person during their operating hours, and they were closed due to staffing issues. I wish I could give negative stars. On the phone all they will do is verify your information and transfer you to someone else. The next person does the same thing and the cycle repeats endlessly. With 20 minutes on hold between each person of course.

If I could leave no stars I would. I returned the internet equipment. We never even had internet service because we could not figure out how to set everything up. My husband returned the equipment and was told that we would not be charged. Now we have received a bill saying we were sent to collections.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every single time I have to call it is HOURS of hold no exaggeration. A complete lack of knowledge and if you speak to two different agents they will never have notes from the previous call nor be willing to listen to you about the previous conversation. Not worth it for mediocre service.

Whenever I have a problem, I go to TDS sand talk to Jessica. She is polite and super competent. She never needs more than ninety seconds to set things straight. I think she should also be used as a trainer. You need more like Jessica.
