Oh my goodness. I actually got to know Tim via my EMT course. He is very smart in class so I figured he was probably very smart with his job as well. I had a computer problem (the hinge was shredded off) and he fixed it SO FAST and it looks perfect. He was so so so nice and diagnosed it perfectly!!!! Tim is a stellar EMT and computer tech --- doctor for you AND your computer! he can save your and your computer's brains. And patch yall both up!!! I love tim and I love his impressive work!!! I have attached how my computer looks now (Good as new!)

I have nothing but the greatest praise for Tim and his business. Recently, my MacBook pro exploded (or what I defined as an explosion). What really happened was the battery short-circuited after my failed attempt to remove the back cover to fix the trackpad. It looked a mess and I was feeling like I had lost all my files, programs, etc. I took it to Tim, and he looked at it a gave me so much hope. I didn't lose any files. It looked worse than it actually was. I've had other experiences with computer repair shops and discovered they were like many auto repair shops (I don't need to go into that, right...) Long story short, his level of professionalism is unmatched in this valley. He even went as far as assisting me with locating another used MacBook pro with excellent specs. MUCH MUCH respect to Tim and his company TCRS Circuit.

I sent in my MacBook Pro for repair (flexgate issue) from the Midwest after Apple refused to fix it and wanted to charge me over $500 to fix. TCRS fixed it for under $300 (with shipping). Also, from the video they have about how they fix the issue, it is a better fix than what Apple would do. I was a little hesitant to ship my laptop halfway across the country, but am glad I did.

His services and handling of the situation was top notch. I would recommend anyone to have their laptops repaired at TCRS without any hesitation. My late 2013 MacBook Pro 15 inch screen had been crashing or really just going blank for several months. I had talked to a local Mac technician and even took the machine to him but the problem persisted. It got to the point of crashing a half dozen times one morning and I was thinking of buying a complete new machine. Do I buy a new 13 inch with the M1 chip? I was researching refurbished machines but still wanting a big screen.

I searched something like “Macbook Pro crashing or going blank”…that’s when I found a YouTube video from TCRS Circuit describing my exact problem. I called and spoke to Tim and he was very helpful. I didn’t hesitate and sent the machine via overnight and within 7-8 days the laptop was returned to me after the repair and some cleaning of the the internal parts. Apparently it was quite dusty inside. The cost was very reasonable and I should get more use out of this aging MB Pro!

I am completely satisfied with the entire process and I’m glad I kept searching the problem and am highly impressed with TCRS Circuit.

I called a week or so later to thank TCRS for the great work and for some guidance from Tim on buying a refurbished/used MacBook Pro for a friend. He had great advice on the specs and what to search for in regard to getting a good machine at a good price. Avoid the non-geniuses at the local Apple Genius Bar and go with the specialized focus, experience, and great customer service of TCRS Circuit. I wish I could rate 6 STARS!

I was editing a short film overseas when the screen on my macbook went dark and it entered a bootloop. A couple of techs and the "genius bar" at an Apple location in Italy informed me it was most likely my logic board and all my data is lost. Unwilling to accept that, I came back to the States early to see if the Apple location in Houston could tell me something different. They immediately requested I sign away thier responsibility for getting rid of my data while they swap out motherboards. I left the store and searched the issue I was having on YouTube and found Tim's channel. Immediately impressed with his expertise and matter of fact demeanor I knew this was the REAL TECH I was searching for. After talking to Tim on the phone I was further convinced and set an appointment. I drove from Houston, TX to Murrieta, CA and got to my appointment where Tim immediately did a preliminary diagnosis and then recommended a wonderful restaurant where we could wait while he ran a full diagnosis and price quote. He quickly discovered there was nothing wrong with the logic board, the data was safe and all I needed was a new screen. A couple of days later, it was if the screen had never gone dark and all my data/settings was exactly the way it was before the failure. Tim is extremely honest but more importantly he is incredibly competent. I feel most fortunate to have found him and he has in me a customer for life that will champion him and his business every chance I get.

Tim is amazing. My MacBook Pro had a bad SSD and he replaced it quickly and easily. When I messed up the install with a user error, he fixed it and got me back on my feet again. He's helpful beyond description, efficient, super reasonable price-wise, honest, thorough, and amazing at what he does.
