Installation was great. Got fiber installed by Mike and John over at Vantage Point on behalf of Table Top and it went super smooth and was great. The internet is very fast and reliable thus far.

Worse internet service

I currently live in Seligman area. Tabletop internet service is by far the worst I’ve come across. Firstly this service is overpriced. We are forced to pay for a phone line. Secondly I am paying 100 GB but have not received anything close to 50GB for more than 2 months now. I’ve made calls and had service team come out but the only thing they did was made promises for fiber optic wiring. I was led to believe that by the second week of May 2024 we would receive better internet. Here I am going on 3 months still waiting. They tried to convince me that I’m not getting what I’m paying for because I have other devices on the internet. I’ve since disconnected my phone and tablet which were the only two other devices connected. Still I’m faced with the problem. I was told that the wiring would help and was promised installation last may. It’s now July 11.
Don’t get this internet unless they make drastic changes. I have been with them since 2018 and it has been a rough ride. The internet is very bad. ⚠️⚠️⛔️

Internet service is spotty and way overpriced for speed. They’ve had no real competition for service until recently and their attitude about it showed. Employees are nice enough but if their service was better, I’d never have had to speak to them.

This is the absolute worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. For the past 11 years I have been paying over 130$ per month for 20 mbps! And on a good day the best I saw was 12mbps. The customer service is a joke and when I lost service for over a month and asked for a credit for the next month the lady on the phone laughed and said "good luck thats not my department". But FINALLY!!! a change is here. The monopoly is over and I can burn this bridge once and for all. Starlink is finally available. I am paying less money for well over 180 mbps... As I type this table top service is giving me 2mbps.. no downloads no one streaming netflix. Just my pc wired to the modem at 10:20pm. If you want to get robbed, pick table top. If you want to be disrespected , pick table top. You are better off getting an unlimited hotspot from verizon with service that actually stays consistent. With table top you will suffer trying to watch a baseball game on hulu while they drive around town in brand new trucks and overpaid techs that in my experience are lazy, and incompetant. If i could give 0 stars for this review I would. I would like to thank the local techs that actually gave a damn Wes and Jim, They even got smart and left table top after some time. Good bye tabletop its been a heck of joke.

This is a joke of a company. They are a monopoly in the 5 cities they have service in. Had them about a year ago, speeds slower than advertised and could only use one device at a time. Was going to establish service again because our current internet situation isn't working out well and they could only offer half the speed we had a year ago. This was after they had tested the line to my house and told me they could get me the speed I asked for. Told them no thanks. Wish there were better options in our area.

Staff in office has always been friendly , way over priced for what you get but only option. Biggest complaint is tech support. Takes forever to get them to admit its there equipment not yours when something goes wrong, no access to modem as far as port forwarding etc, can't even change my WiFi password without calling them.... old school broadband for a premium price is the best way to describe the quality

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! First off, I pay almost $90 a month for crap internet service. I am supposed to be receiving 12mbps and on average I only get about 4. It'll drop out at random intervals to the point that I have absolutely zero internet. Their customer service people are rude and don't care about their customers at all! We just recently had a storm in my area and a power surge went through their box that supplies multiple people with Internet, and blew over $800 worth of my own devices that were plugged into surge protectors and they absolutely refused to replace any of them. The surge went through the Internet lines into my devices and blew them. It's their own faulty equipment that blew my devices but they won't take that responsibility. They don't care about their customers they just want to continue to raise their crappy internet prices and continue to gouge people. Do not get this company to provide Internet or phone to you. They need to be shut down.
