Mike and his team are the best at what they do. We had a drop down outside TV that had to be installed. They installed the mount and the TV and made sure everything was in working order. Shortly after the install the TV dropped down, something broke on mount. Mike and his team came back out, took it down, shipped it to the company so they could fix it (it was a manufacturing defect) and reinstalled it when it arrived fixed. They were professional, quick to respond to any and all questions we have, and they are friendly! We have been enjoying our outside TV in our pavilion. They are our first call for any internet upgrades, sound, TV -- all of it!

We had to have a new automatic gate control board installed and then have it integrated into the Control 4 system. We called Sync Systems to have the Control 4 integration done and from the first contact with Sarah in the office to Gabe the tech that came out to do the service, our experience was nothing short of spectacular. Sarah was able to book the appointment within just a few days, and Gabe was on time and very knowledgeable about the Control 4 system. Gabe was polite and and efficient at his job and us back up and running faster than expected. I can't recommend the team at Sync Systems enough!

Mike and his team have done two projects for us that turned out great. Mike is very patient explaining technology and our options and his recommendations made sense. Working with Mike was incredible. Especially coming from a background where I am not too tech savvy, he made sure to take the time to explain everything and make sure I knew what he was doing. We needed to have 5 tv's mounted and a Sonos sound system with the largest one. Mike had some great ideas which enhanced the look we were going for and provided us with a very fair quote the day after our initial consult. They provided us with an installation date and were able to move it up a day. Nick & Gabe arrived at exactly 8:00 as scheduled, wore shoe covers, were knowledgeable, professional, meticulous and clean. I work from home but they were so quiet, I didn't even know they were there. It's pretty clear I was wow'd by their service, would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat. They helped us put the finishing touches on our new home just in time for the holidays.
