This store has been horrible with the service they provided me.. He sold me two 12s an amp and a box and installed all of it on my 2014 chevy silverado.. A week after installing it my radio started cutting off. All my lights came on a week after.. its been three weeks and the speakers are busted and all of my electrical lights are on in the truck and my radio turns off everytime I turn it up just a little bit.. the amp wasn't installed correctly so it keeps sliding out from under the seat! I went back so they could fix it and the manager /owner acted annoyed and didn't want to fix anything and has not fixed anything.. I would never advise anyone to go here!

I have bought things from here for my f250 super duty and every time I have went by there the owner has always been helpful and super nice and by the loc1 line driver is awesome it makes the audio even more clearer

Love doing business Radio Shack in Sylacauga. The owner is kind and knowledgeable. Always teaching and helping out without pushing anything on you to buy. They have put quality sound in several of my vehicles and my pontoon. Enjoying the boom and a little flash back to my younger days.

I had gone in to buy a phone protector and asked if they could install a backup cam and was told yes just bring it in and I'll give you an estimate. Today I took my van there... Already had the wiring done to the back door. All this job would have entailed is taking off a panel and mounting the cam above my license plate.
"Oh no we don't do that"... So, what kind of rear cams have they been installing🙄
I give them one star because I could have been looking for another shop or doing it myself (which I'll probably do from lack of anyone knowing how in Sylacauga),and because I waited 20 minutes because he was in the back praying keeping customers waiting. He should do that on his own time.

It's a RadioShack, it's open, they do car stereo installations and are quite good at it. Nuff said

I rather do not like this store. I understand that technology can be difficult to work sometimes and many often buy stuff not right for what they want so I get the whole idea of asking a few questions about what one is trying to do.

Here’s my problem. God forbid one does do their research and knows just what they want right down to the part number. Well, that's not good enough for this crew. I know I’m in the south and all but for Christ sake, that doesn’t make me stu'pid unless of course by stupid, you mean being dumb enough to go in there and expect good service.

Owner/operator refused to honor product and workmanship. Purchased and had backup camera installed by this store. After 4 months camera ceased to work and I returned to the store for assistance. He took vehicle to the back and returned saying he could not find problem but asked me to return when I could leave vehicle for a couple of hours and to bring my receipt. Due to my work and it being my service truck it was 2 months before I could return to leave the truck for repair. When I returned 2 mos later he refused to honor the receipt when he knew there was a problem 2 months earlier and asked me to return to have it repaired. He knew there was a problem prior to the 6 mos. warranty but would not honor it. In addition to this rating I am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. He blamed it on company policy. I blame it on his pocket book. He's a crook.
