Absolutely awful.

We switched implementation reps due to lack of follow through.
The 2nd was super nice but just couldn't deliver. Their team consistently overpromised and underdelivered. Standard answer seemed to be "Yes, we can do that" but the reality was, no, they can't.

They are not able to handle multiple locations per employee, overnight shifts, pay differentials, etc.
Both the app and the desktop version are unnecessarily cumbersome. It's not easy to review or edit. What can and can't be edited makes no sense. (Can change things that are state law but can't edit a time off request, Can't edit any entries for overnight shift employees if the entry is after midnight, can't seem to write the code to understand 24/7 workplaces). Can't add a location allocation to time off either.

PTO balances were uploaded incorrectly and then corrected incorrectly. Some employees were given none of their time, others were doubled. Sick time was granted to all employees at the same rate regardless of actual usage and balances.

EVERYTHING had to be triple checked and then we still ended up having to do payroll with manual calculations in excel.

We sent detailed information about our company, each employee, each location, pay rate, shift, structure, etc. and it was 100% ignored. (it was send no fewer than 3 times to 4 people). After 2 pay periods, 4 weeks, we stopped and went back to our prior system.

They don't have a test system so you can't confirm what is working and what isn't before they promise it's all in place and you go live.

The team is nice but I caution anyone looking to use them to be VERY CAREFUL and have every single scenario of what could possibly happen, ready. Have them prove they can accommodate your needs. For us, it was a no.

The initial training and implementation person was great! the rep assigned later was and is horrible. he is hard to get a hold of and instead of answering questions, he takes nearly 10 days just to continue redirecting me to the FAQ page, which still doesn't answer questions about the actual product or access to certain modules.
