I rent a condo in one of Surterre Properties in Laguna Beach. The application process and contract signage went smoothly utilizing innovative and resident-friendly contract signage tools over the internet. The handling of apt repair issues (e.g. major leaks in apt due to heavy rain) and sensitive neighboring issues have been handled by Vicky Melin and Neven Spralja of Surterre. I found both highly professional and their care in handling these sensitive situations was recognized. I was kept informed throughout until issues were resolved to my satisfaction.
