IT Solutions never disappoints! They have always been willing to help out no matter the issue. I’ve referred many folks to them and everyone has been completely satisfied with the services provided. I purchased my daughters Surface Pro from IT Solutions last year. Mike was very helpful in helping me make the right decision to meet my daughters needs for her personal computer. He set it up and even had helpful tutorials ready for her that helped her to learn to navigate through the animation apps she wanted to learn most. It was ready for her to start exploring immediately upon opening Christmas morning. I am very please with IT Solutions and highly recommend them to anyone in need of excellent IT services.

What a pleasant experience! Communication was great, I knew where they were every step of the way with email updates. Michelle has excellent customer service skills as well and they made sure to check with me before doing work to make sure it was in budget. The work was efficient and reasonably priced. I've used SurePoint IT Solutions since starting my business in 2013. In addition to taking care of my IT needs and keeping my computers running and virus/malware free, Mike has been great at advising me as to what I have needed at different growth points in my company, and understands my need to cost save where I can. For instance, we were discussing upgrading a server, but at the same time I was expanding and opening a separate location. Mike evaluated the needs for me and showed me that for cash flow purposes, it made sense to put the upgrade off until we had let the dust settle a bit after the expansion - I think that was a very honest assessment and not one that you might get with many IT companies. We also use their cloud platform, which works great for us as we work from remote locations. Highly recommended!

Mike and his staff are amazing! If you're a smaller company that doesn't have a dedicated IT department SurePoint IT is the best solution! They make sure we are compliant with all the laws and regulations and have set up a system where our computers are constantly monitored against threats of viruses and crashes that could cripple my business. They also make recommendations that are cost effective and have greatly improved our productivity. Thank you so very much for all you guys have done for me!
