UPDATE: Jonathan got right on our ticket. I transferred him to the correct coworker, and listened while he helped solve the hack. He got the coworker set up with 2-factor authentication, kicked the hacker out of the email, and also scanned the coworker's computer for malware and other threats. He worked quickly and resolved this issue in practically no time. Very impressive!

UPDATE: *Andrew was able to help me find my new printer on the network and get it set up so that my coworkers were able to access the printer as well. He responded to my request in less than 10 minutes and the problem was resolved in less than 30. As always, my Sunstate guys have proven to be dependable!*

I was so impressed that Ian called to fix my problem so quickly. I'm pretty sure he called within 30 minutes of submitting my issue. He knew exactly what the problem I described was, and was able to fix it so accurately and quickly. He then went through all the extensions and deleted defunct ones and corrected mislabeled ones. It was such a minor problem that I did not expect it to be handled so quickly and with such attention, but once again, Ian rose to the occasion and did an excellent job!
