We contacted Summit to have our AC replaced. They responded in a very timely manner, and were able to send a technician out within days to assess the situation. Just one week later they were able to remove our old equipment and install new one.

The two technicians were very professional, polite and knowledgable. They installed everything over the course of a day, and showed us how to use the new systems with ease.

Very good experience, it was very swift and professional, and we are very happpy to have been recommended Summit.

Everyone there from beginning to end, including Michael, Rachel, CJ and everyone, was so professional, friendly, helpful and great at communicating. Summit came very highly recommended by several people in my neighborhood and I know understand why. With each person I interacted with I was treated like a VIP! Michael my salesperson was very knowledgeable and offered solutions in an area of concern, Amy who works in the office was kind and patient, but, I'm most grateful to Jay and Johnathan who spent the day at my house installing my new HVAC system. They did an outstanding job from the moment they arrived to when they left my home. They went right to work, cleaned up perfectly, are really smart and most of all cared that I was happy with everything.

Outstanding professionalism and a first-rate, absolutely professional result.

Michael (the sales estimator) came out, looked over the specifics of the project and paid careful attention to the details of how/where we wanted the unit installed in the ceiling. He then quoted the job at a competitive price.

The mini-split install team (Nathan and Jonathan) also listened carefully to our wants and finished up the tricky ceiling unit install for our enclosed patio in one day.

During the installation, the team exceeded my expectations by hiding the line set inside the wall for a super-clean installation (which their local competitors said could not be done).

Even my wife was impressed at their professionalism (and frankly speaking that is hard to accomplish).

Overall: Excellent! 10 stars out of 5!!
