The layout, amenities and accessibility options are lovely and all for super affordable prices. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back.

I live in an area of Augusta County with very poor internet service. Since we could send and receive email, being unable to stream wasn’t a problem but the fallout from the pandemic changed everything.

I work as a college basketball TV announcer. One of my employers is ESPN. In planning for the 2020-21 basketball season, ESPN decided that only remote broadcasts of games would satisfy the various restrictions on personal contact. The company sent equipment to each of its announcers to enable them to “broadcast from home.” I could not “broadcast from home” because my home internet would not support such as task. I was at the point where I thought I would have had to give up my job.

And then I went to the Staunton Innovation Hub. Through the efforts of the tremendously helpful and well informed staff, led by Hannah and Amy, I rented a private office, set up my equipment, and was able to broadcast games, not “from home,” but “from the office.” The extremely fast internet never let me down and I broadcast over 40 games from my office, without any problems.

It is not an exaggeration to say the the Hub saved my career. The staff is wonderful, access is easy, and I never experienced an issue that wasn’t handled quickly, efficiently, and with a smile.

SIH has been an incredible site partner to work with, and an amazing site host, for our 3D digital design, fabrication, and automation camps for kids. There staff is so accommodating, professional, and helpful and the classroom space provides for an amazing learning environment - multiple screens, fast wifi, plenty of outlets for our machines, elevator to easily move our equipment, closet to store it, and even yellow chairs to match our colours! We love it here, look forward to many more after school programs and summer camps here, and highly recommend it for others looking for a great experiential learning space.

I first checked out the Staunton Innovation Hub (SIH) after a coworker invited me to an event there, and I instantly knew I needed to become a member! I can't believe I drove by this place so many times without realizing what I was missing. They have tons of different membership options to fit any budget, which is awesome. Need a day pass to focus on a project? They've got you. Want 24/7 access and a dedicated desk or even your own office? They have that too!
There's always plenty of space to spread out and get things done, and I've never felt crowded. Plus, they have meeting rooms, free wi-fi, printers, and a really cool rooftop deck. They even offer free classes and trainings every month, and the coffee is amazing (they brew fresh Crucible Coffee, not that old, stale stuff!).
The best part? Everyone is so welcoming! Amy is super friendly and helpful, and you really feel at home whether it's your first time or you've been a member forever.
If you're looking for a place to buckle down and work, connect with other people, or just relax in a cool environment, you need to check out SIH. Seriously, it's the best! I could go on and on about all the great things they offer, but just read the other reviews – they speak for themselves!

We held a rehearsal dinner for about 20 people in the warehouse space the evening before my daughter's wedding. It was a perfect venue -- the space is flexible, the staff is easy to work with. The kitchen was well-equipped and the facility is clean, organized, and easy to work in. A fantastic, modern, post-industrial venue with a beautiful rooftop deck.

Absolutely amazing! We hosted a weekend-long conference out of the Hub and our participants were thrilled with the venue. Not only did the physical space meet every need we had – from breakout spaces to large gathering spaces to easy accessibility to everything downtown – but the staff were incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for us. Truly felt like I couldn't have been in better hands.

The Hub has been amazing when I’m in Staunton. I’m a remote worker and stay in area twice a year. The desk space and the phone booth rooms for Zoom calls have been a game changer for workdays. Great inviting setup, wifi connection… good folks around, coffee, low music to boost the workday mood! Love the rooftop patio for a breather, modern upgraded space all around. I appreciate what you all have created and offer. Thank you!
