We hired Starlight to install our residential hard wired (PoE) security camera system and it turned out to be a great decision. From my first contact and free quote from Mike, I was sold on their professionalism and straight forward nature. They were ready to move forward with the install as soon as we were.

The day of the install... Mike's team walked the house with me and ensured we were satisfied with their plan for the placement of each camera and how they were planning to route the Ethernet cables. After we agreed on the layout, they got to work.

I cannot say thank you enough to Mike, Javad and Gustavo. They worked seamlessly together to get the job done and their attention to detail resulted in a very clean and professionally finished product.

If I had to sum up my experience in a few bullet points it would be the following:

- PROFESSIONALISM: Starlight was a very professional and courteous team who knows what they are doing.

- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: From running the cables, mounting the junction boxes, setting up the camera angles and collecting the finishing touches (such as caulking), I cannot say enough about how professional the end product came out and how happy we are with the setup.

- SERVICE: We hired them to install our system, but they didn't leave until we had setup our mobile apps, fully understood our system and had all our questions answered. They also took several steps to protect our property inside the house during the install and cleaned up very well after the project.

- COST: Very competitively priced, I would argue you get more than what you pay for.

If you are looking for a company to install security cameras, I would highly recommend Starlight. Every aspect of my experience was positive.

I hired Starlight Tech to come and run some drops for my home. Mike came personally to do the quotation and he was on-time, diligent, and very professional- I knew instantly that I would want him to do my project.

Even though my home is smaller and this was a simpler job, he showed up himself on the day of service with two other technicians! The cabling they ran was beautiful, very neat and symmetrical, and they even did it in such a way as to move my router to a better position for the WiFi! My signal is stronger than ever. What an incredible bonus!

Mike had two technicians with him: Javad and Nathan. Nathan was extremely efficient and he did a fantastic job with the cabling and was very nice and knowledgeable.

Javad was the more technical guy- he had the idea to reroute my Coax cable to a more favorable spot- and did it free of charge. There was also an issue with my AP (which was my fault) and Javad came back on his own time, free of charge, to help diagnose it. To cap it- Nathan and Javad cut out some old hanging Coax wiring in the backyard that was driving my wife crazy! They figured out that it was not needed - again, free of charge!

I simply cannot express how amazing Starlight is as a company. Their level of professionalism is rare in this day and age. I will recommend them to all my friends and family and use them for any Tech needs. Thank you Mike!

Mike from Starlight Tech Inc. truly helped out myself and my online students! When I first called he gave me a free suggestion that helped but my internet signal still wasn’t reliable enough for daily remote teaching. He came out to the house, gave me a free estimate, worked with me on the price, and saved the beginning of my remote school year.
