I actually enjoyed the survey. The phone call "survey" true is more of a go or no go to participate. The actual survey itself held at a prestigious hotel with great food and drinks exceeding my expectations. And actually learned a thing or two on the automotive industry. Overall professional and friendly atmosphere.

Received a letter from this company on participating in a survey. Not sure how they received my private information on what type of vehicle that was purchased in the past and also brought this to their attention. The company will tell you that they will give you an gift-card only if you "pass the test" and answer questions first. It felt like I answered a survey initially and then didn't qualify for the gift-card. If it was truly to collect data properly, I don't understand why the company couldn't reward all participants for answering questions instead of making sure people pre-qualified. In the end, I shared information and utilized my time. I provided this feedback to the company and received very negative responses in an unprofessional tone. Do not recommend participating in their surveys and would be worry utilizing this firm if you are a client due to their aggressive tone when providing feedback.
