The website and phone number states this office is open from 8am - 5pm. I called this number on a workday when it was to be open at 8am and after entering all the information about my account/verification/appoint, was told this is handled by the local office and it is closed. I called at 8am, 8:05, 8:09, 8:12, 8:17, 8:22, 8:43, 8:50 and the message stated the office was closed. I am trying to get info on my appointment and the recorded message states it keeps changing but I cannot reach anyone to talk to them about my appointment. This is terrible customer service. If you advertise that you are open at 8am - be open and start taking calls as advertised or leave a communication if there is an emergency when you will be open.

The service quality is both 5 star and 5G! Technician, Hunter, was able to come out the same day when I had an issue with a modem (I had accidently dropped it while moving it around). The phone VoIP and internet are both wonderful. It is nice to be able to receive/send calls via our office number from the app when I'm not at the office but am working from my cell.

Absolute worst internet service imaginable. Our business relies on service to operate. Was down for a week with zero efforts to resolve the issue, or reimburse for loss of business and sales. If you own a business, you would be foolish in trusting this provider to meet your needs.
