I gave an extra star because I have found the people on the customer service line to be awesome!

But Skyslope is awfully unintuitive for such a “cutting edge, industry standard blah blah blah” software.

The glitches are consistent, and it feels as though basic considerations to design have not been made. It’s somehow both unintuitive and restrictive.

It’s a bad sign when the customers of this program have to get creative and experimental to make it work. Like “you have to do this if you want something to work in that context, but not this context, unless it’s this, but you can’t edit it once it’s in this phase”
Kill me

We’ve all experienced lost work and lost time due to the glitches, broken envelopes, and frustrating moments of poor design.

Maybe consult people in the industry that this is actually designed for. We don’t want anything fancy!! We don’t want a special unique way of presenting files vs forms or whatever. This is all so maddening

We just want it to make enough basic sense to use easily and work well enough to allow us to do our jobs without absolute agony

BEWARE !! Auto Renewal is a sneaky scam and no Early Termination Fee option available. Just terrible. Yes, we can cancel your subscription if you pay for the remaining months on the contract. Say What! Scammers. As the real estate business is changing and many are suffering to make money, Skyslope is engaging in predatory practices. Not only do they tell you to pay for the remaining balance of the yearly contract, they also pay VISA/Mastercard to ensure you can't block them if you want to cancel or change your credit card account.

Do not do business with SkySlope. They will make you sign a contract that auto renews annually and they will increase the price without giving notice. Also, they seem so desperate that this practice is considered normal to them. Since you’re a business they can take advantage of you in ways they can’t when dealing with a consumer (general public). Also their system is so primitive. They need to hire more programmers and designers and spend money to advance their product instead of attorneys to draft sneaky ambiguous unenforceable verbiage - perpetual annual contracts with unlimited price increase at their discretion. The rep told me they can increase the price to whatever they want without notice and charge my card for that amount. This company is so lame that they focus more on debt collection than customer satisfaction & acquisition. They are so lame that you can’t even find a billing tab to change your payment information because they don’t want you to remove your payment method. Dispute your credit card bills as your cc company already has multiple complaints from other realtors. You’ll get your money back. Send an email to skyslope asking them to remove your card from their system and prohibit them from charging your card. That’s the first step, step 2 call your cc and block this merchant, step 3 dispute the charges that you did not agree to pay which is any amount they chose to charge you that was above the rate proposed in your contract.

I am currently in the process of canceling my contract, and I am appalled by the situation. Your company is attempting to force an auto-renewal on me despite the fact that the business has disbanded. This auto-renewal was imposed without giving me any opportunity to opt out. This is an absolutely disgraceful way to treat a customer and shows a complete lack of respect for the client relationship.

I have used Skyslope for real estate for many years. Originally it was part of the service I paid for with my last broker. I liked it so much when I left I signed up to continue service. Unfortunately, they do not have a package for an individual. Therefore, I had to pay for the program for (I believe it was 17 users). The service was very expensive. I called to cancel when it was set to renew and I was told that I had to cancel 30 days prior and they had changed me to a 12 month program so I had to pay for a full additional year. They were not accommodating in any way shape or form. I would have downgraded to a service for an individual if they had offered that but at this point I am so disappointed with their lack of professionalism that I will no longer be a subscriber even if they did create a product for an individual user.

Auto renewal and they won't reimburse my money. Absolute scam hope there held accountable. I've been trying to get someone to call me back Since Friday which is when the charge occured. It is Wednesday and after giving me the run around the just simply won't give your money back. Disgusting practice. Report to Ftc.gov

Hi everyone. Anyone about to use Skyslope READ the fine print. DO NOT go based off what the sales people tell you. I have been with them for over two years and went to cancel my membership. Unfortunately they have a clause in the agreement that allows the agreement to renew itself. So basically your tied in for an additional six months in order to cancel. There systems are great but unfortunately there sales team/mangers are not ethical. I spoke to Joe Xavier (Sales Manger) a week ago he mentioned you can cancel anytime no problem and today he tired to sale me on a membership just for 5 agents half price until the additional six months expires. BECAREFUL people and read the fine print.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
I've been dealing with SkySlope for almost a year to resolve a SINGLE issue, and it’s still not fixed! Their customer support is beyond frustrating – I’ve had called, emailed & followed up and yet the problem just keeps dragging on with no end in sight. If you value your time and need reliable support, steer clear of SkySlope.
