We woke up to no water and realized our well pump wasn't working. Of course, we were preparing to have guests visit in a few days, so we worried about how long it would take to get our service restored, and how much it would cost. Empire Pump Services was just great. They arrived by 10:30 and had us quickly taken care of. (Ants in the control box!) They were both so nice and friendly and made us feel better about everything, since we had just bought the house a few years ago and were not familiar with the condition of any of the well systems. We will be definitely using them for all our future well and pump services.

Daryl and Steve came in pouring rain to install an iron filter. They both took exceptional care in taking their boots off in the house to protect the floors. They also did an excellent job in setting things up in the well house. Very pleased with their work and consideration for keeping the floors clean. We will definitely use them again when needed.

We woke up to no water called Empire pump services and asked if they came out to lead hill the lady said they did and told me how much it will cost for them to come out then plus parts. They came right away. They knew exactly what to do and got the well working in less then a hour. The price was very reasonable and they also told us about another problem with our well and said it's not something that needs to be fixed right now but gave us a quote so we can save up to get it fix. I will definitely use then for every problem we have with the well from now on!

Next day service, top quality parts, friendly, and best of all (the price is right) and they don't hassle you to upgrade and to buy other products. I'll call them when my well pump goes out. I recommend them to handle all your well problems.

Called everywhere and couldn’t even get a bid on a well. They answered their phones, returned calls, and are on the job as we speak. Will definitely recommend to them to as many people as possible. I believe suck dirt and die most accurately represents the message sent to me by empire during my recent water crisis. I had been without running water for months. And contacted empire in an effort to have my pump replaced. The fastidiously groomed rep. named Kevin Whiteley looked at my pump which is made with a {rock and mortar base} and told me 'quote'- " It's filthy.Get rid of the pump house and I'll look at it. I got 2 other clients waiting for me. I got more important things to do."-end quote. smiled and walked off without another word. My pump and pumphouse had been inspected and replacement promised only a few day's previous to this. I had my pump replaced within 36 hours by another company. 90 other choices in the state of Arkansas alone. call anyone else I've also been living with heavily contaminated water in my home while a 1500 dollar uv filter has been collecting dust in my den as a direct result of this same representative telling me YEARS ago that it could Not be installed in my pump house. And only recently found that to be untrue. Contact with this company has been a source of a rediculous amount of grief for me that would indeed be hilarious if it had only happened to someone else. seriously... call anyone else Doss and Patty located in Berryville has helped me in the past and Beaver Lake Pump out of Garfield has an exceptional team. 88 other choices in AR. June 14-2019 I almost deleted this post because I'm trying to cultivate positivity.. But I just talked to me mum about the time when I was warming up a sponge bath on the stove and remembered... I'm still a bit p.o'd. Don't trust these people.. .
