Rob and his Team were very professional and communicated with me in a timely manner! I'm a first-time homebuyer, so there were lots of questions when it comes to the purchase contract or negotiation process. Rob was very patient with me and worked with me to make sure it's the house that we really wanted. In addition, his rebate is legit. There is no scam, and he will either mail you the rebate check or direct deposit into account of your choice. This perk alone is worth it! Basically, best of both words when dealing with ShopProp Team: professional and timely communication and the rebate that you receive that no other realtor can match!!

I would definitely recommend Rob to my family and friends! Whether I'm in the market again to sell one of my properties or buy another one, I'm definitely going with Rob again!!

We contacted ShopProp to purchase our house (buyers agent) after a recommendation from my friend. The model that ShopProp proposes is to offer a rebate that I have not seen offered by other realty groups.

Rob and his team were very professional and they helped us through the whole process and were able to answer any questions we had along the way. They ensured clear communication with the sellers' agent and made sure that our needs were met.

We did not use them to show properties as we had chosen a place to put an offer on, but those services are available. Their payment/rebate system is listed clearly on their website so no hidden charges would occur. Even if there were questions, they were glad to answer them.

We were very glad to have gone through ShopProp and I would recommend them to other as this is how I felt a home buying experience in this day and age should be.

ShopProp did everything we needed them to... mostly. They had a calendaring mistake with the final walkthrough so maybe -1 star, but it all worked out and ShopProp was always professional so full points.

I've regrettably worked with 5 other brokers. Those traditional brokers treat you like prey and their real client was the commission check. ShopProp was always responsive and they did their job without the predatory tactics that saturate the real estate market.

First time buyers may want to have additional resources in addition to ShopProp, like being diligent with your own research and/or working with a lawyer type professional. Work with ShopProp and avoid the large broker houses.
