Spoke with Aubrey and I could barely hear her. I told her what I wanted and we discussed the pricing of either 24 or 72 shirts. Of which I never got an actual quote, I am an experienced artist and trained at silkscreen so I asked her about the colors and prints so how many for what charge. I told her the shirts were blue and she did not explain a dark shirt would need a white print for colors red white and blue underneath it, but kept saying “undercoat” as a one color, two color print or four color print. I left still confused and thought it strange there was no set price for a 12x12 or 14x14 print divided by ink, overall I think the prices and process is too confusing. And she told me she could give me a quote if I got her an image, I agreed but then she said they would be 3-4 weeks out…meaning it would take 3 weeks to finish 72 shirts. I asked her how much it would be for a 4 color print if I provided the shirts? But there was no answer. There wasn’t even a range. Anyway it felt like she didn’t want our business but after reading some of the reviews it’s better that I go to someone who can fulfill an order in two weeks. At first I was kind of bummed, then I realized it wasn’t personal.

We ordered hats with custom City of Kenai logo-printed patches, and got tons of positive feedback from our employees! The printing was on point, color was matched perfectly and the hats were a great quality. Seth was so helpful throughout the entire process, and they ended up finishing our order earlier than expected. We will be calling Shirts Up first when we're ready to order next year's swag!

So far my experience has been fantastic. Needed ten shirts done with direct to garment printing and Mac got me set up really quickly. From calling them, to getting a quote, to dropping off my shirts was only like an hour long process. Very pleased with Shirts up.
Addition: they ended up turning my order around within 24 hours after quoting me for 2 to 3 days. These guys underpromise and overdeliver which is fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for custom garments.
