Had the pleasure of working with Christian on a recent rental in downtown Sonora. I normally handle my own tenant placement, but that will be changing after an amazing experience with Christian. I found his communication style to be effective, without taking up much of my time. The recommendations for repairs and upgrades he made were excellent and ultimately resulted in more favorable rent than I expected. It’s rare to find such an attentive realtor/property manager. I can't recommend Carolyn or her son Christian enough- they know so much about the area and will tirelessly work to get you that perfect home. Finding a home in this area is TOUGH especially if you are from out of town. Zillow can be incredibly misleading, and they'll inform you of all the pitfalls and pluses of certain areas down to a specific block of a neighborhood. If you've noticed that Zillow also seems to have a lot of sales that were never listed, that's because realtors like Carolyn will actually call every single home she thinks you'll like, just to see if they're interested in selling to you.

Lastly they have great connections to property management, handymen, cleaners, really anything you need when venturing into either a STR, a vacation cabin, or your forever home. Don't hesitate to call!
