Rarely Works. Locks you out of your account, credit pulls Don't work. Support provides band-aid solutions. Account rep ghosted me. When I threatened bad reviews. The "Chief Growth Officer" Scott Payne called me to "make things right" and gave me his 'personal' email. Still wont respond to that email or calls. This Company is the worst, which is too bad, because their software would be excellent if it worked and if they actually had a support team. Stay far far away I wasted $100's and countless frustrated hours so you don't have to.

A lot of times, with other web design companies - when you have an idea, things get passed up or missed, but NOT with Shape web design and set up with Chloe. If I was the type of person that sang off of mountain tops, one of the highest praises I would sing would be for Shape Software! We have been with them for a few years, and they just keep growing and adding more capabilities to help our business grow.
