From the moment Jay called me back I knew his services were for me!! We had a pretty good case of carpenter ants even up in the walls which I would never have known! He explained to me what their signs look like what I needed to do after he sprayed and before he sprayed! He made me feel very comfortable got in did the job, and was out within the hour! Jason was extremely responsive when I called for a quote about a clover mite infestation at my house. He was upfront about his schedule (mosquito yard treatments time-of-year) and adhered to the time that he had quoted me for showing up to perform the inspection, and he was very friendly and informative. Jason called to say when he was about five minutes out, too, from arriving at my house. I appreciate the knowledge and recommendations he gave over the phone and while he was making the inspection. He gave me ideas for preventative measures next spring as I seem to be the one with the 'lucky' house in my neighborhood with these clover mites.
