She replaced my hard drive with incredible gains in speed. She helped us migrate off of DSL to cable and replaced our old Windows 7 machine after it crashed and helped us replace our printer and acquire a specialized scanner. Not only does she provide excellent computer support, she also teaches senior oriented classes for those of us who did not grow up with computers. Even though I know just enough about my computer to be dangerous, I knew that after 12 years it was time for a new computer but how do I narrow it down? Another obstacle is transferring all the data to make sure all my links, pictures and data weren't lost! I contacted Sharon and she came over and before we knew it, we picked out just the right one for us. Not too many bells and whistles that we won't use plus one that will make it easy for us to transition. I ordered it and when it arrived, Sharon came over and did the transfer for us. She taught us more about security and how to store our passwords safely PLUS how to securely link all our passwords to our smartphones.
Sharon took our old computer and kept it for a while just until we gave the OK to clear the drive and dispose of it. Her service was spectacular and made a big job easy for us.
