If you get a good case worker things might be ok, if you don’t then it’s like pulling teeth to get information or assistance. They supposedly offer a wide range of services, but it seems you need to know exactly what they offer and request it specifically. They won’t or can’t offer personalized suggestions regarding available services.

Non existent service. They do not know what they are doing. Workers there are always passing the buck to get out of helping you. You have to call constantly for assistance. They try to push certain job training on you won’t cover trainings in subjects your interested in only what they are interested in selling. Not a true resource for community, I don’t understand how they are still getting grant money to to be a resource for the community when they avoid calls, don’t return calls, and deny training.

They gave my son a NON NEGOTIABLE check worth of 4 weeks! And when my son went to ask why they said it’s a glitch!!!! I am going to report this incident if they are not going to fix the issue. My son brags about his work all of the time & how thoughtful his boss are. This is very sad that they are doing this to their workers! I need answers!!!

I was registered at this center (Cerritos) and participated in as many of their classes and events as I possibly could. In fact I even tried to assist other people in the center gain employment. Then one day, with a pandemic and unemployment crisis happening, they just kick me out for good. That is really lower than low.

Not too many customers in there,but the staff sure busy talking among themselves. Not a easy computer log in system did it 4x and each time it started you back at the beginning. Asked staff member several times for help which she gave but at times she seemed baffled at computer error loggigng
