We have been using SDWISP for our internet service in Lawson Valley in Jamul for over 3 years now. We have LOVED the service in every way. 250% more expensive than city competition, outages EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Only reason for more than one star is the customer service guys are nice. It is clear half of these 5 star reviews are fake.

This company does not care at all and completely wasted my time giving me the run around. First I contacted them via email. They don’t answer phones. Keith would say oh let’s get you set up I will have a person with you Friday. On Friday the person would no show. Keith never answers his phone after 2 weeks of me being ready to install right away, they never did it. Company is a joke. Get Hughes net. I called Hughes net and 2 days later on a Sunday I have Internet.
