Sadly, this is not a reputable contractor I would recommend doing business with. There is limited knowledge in the technical spectrum from the managers conducting interviews, the work environment is subpar, and the government liaisons are lacking in technical aptitude as well. I was offered a slightly lower salary but the site manager "increased" immediate PTO days to compensate. However, I later learned everyone on site received those increase PTO days because the government were the only authorized personnel to open the SCIF and had different holidays. Meaning, we were instructed by the government to use our "extra" PTO days negotiated in our contracts for those days off.
