Sc Broadband is great to work with! Our apartment complex was working with 250 mbs divided between the entire site. After switching to SC Broadband every apartment has their own Gig. They were great to work with and I highly recommend. Special shout out to Todd Benson, Weston Bishop, and Duncan they were excellent and worked very quickly.

I have been using SC Broadband for many years in both Cedar City and Enoch and have had positive experiences in both areas. I’ve gone into their Cedar City office on two occasions for help—once to clear up an invoice item and, more recently, to get a piece of replacement equipment. In both instances, customer service was very kind and easy to work with, and the matters were resolved quickly and fairly.

I used South Central Broadband as long as they went to broadband. If and when there was any issue the guys would come right out and get any and all links worked out. Service was pretty reliable in fact since moving here I’m on my second service first was ATT wow that was always dropping out and now on Spectrum it’s only a little better I have to say South Central is so very much better than these city services in Reno. Would 100% recommend!!! Not only were they quick to get us new service and make sure we were all set up. They made sure to make sure they did not interrupt me having to miss any work as I work from home!!! Exceptional service!!!

After our bill tripled in cost from a local provider, SC Broadband to the rescue. They had a plan at an amount we are thrilled about. Their customer service has been stellar, we even had a technician at our door the day after setting up our account! Already exceeding our expectations in every way!!

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. The internet went down on Christmas and Duncan the supervisor said its just another day and that it was my fault. Amanda the customer representative said she would call multiple times and never did. I was harassed when I did talk to them and made to feel like a loser. Not only do they contract out services when you need support on holidays, but they have they most rude customer service department with Amanda Giles. Michael the CEO should be ashamed of himself and this monopoly that Utah has let them set up here. They are a corrupt company with no heart, I feel ashamed of them

they just charged me 70 dollars for no apparent reason. I'm on their 45 dollar plan. and today our of no where they just decided to increase my price.

I checked their prices online to see if they still offer 45 dollars, and they do. so I don't understand why there's an increase
