Absolute wasn't of time. Jasper has no fundamentals of how communicating with people works. Fails to return email, texts, and or calls. Would not recommend to anyone.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
I dropped off W2’s at office waited a few days called Jaspers partner Rachel and left a voice messsge asking if she or Jasper would do them, to please call back. Never got a response from her called next day no answer left another VM. Texted her I was trying to get ahold of her about my taxes wanted to know status.. no response
Called Jasper texted him he told me he would prepare and to stop BOTHERING Rachel I didn’t know wanting to know which one of them was doing my taxes and when they would be prepared was bothering I’m inquiring about the status of the services they offer.
Texted Jasper back that I would like them done asap and when he was planning on getting them out? He didn’t respond for an hour and in that time frame I called elsewhere and booked a same day appointment.
A hour later he then started asking me if I was still married and where my 1095 was, but never answered my questions of when he was going to prepare earlier so I assumed I was being ignored.
I told him I went with another company and politely told him thank you anyways and take care. Jasper responded rudely and very unprofessionally back with a “haha ok”
Don’t see what’s funny about loosing customers, acting childish and wasting peoples time

Jasper is great. He’s always very understanding and helpful with all of my questions, and really efficient during our meetings. In addition to my personal taxes, he helped me file my corporate taxes which was something I found intimidating. His rates are super reasonable. I don’t know what I would have done without him this year.
