Loay has been providing us with quality customer service for well over two years. We used to handle all of our IT needs, however, we reached a point requiring us to seek outside help.

Saturn was able to review our needs and upgraded our main server, salvage another server, upgrade our firewall and Wifi, and manage our updates for our computers.

I would recommend Loay for anyone looking to replace internal IT management or someone who just needs additional support.

He responds quickly when you have an urgent issue and is very flexible if you need onsite support.
