Wanted to get the cracked screen of my wife's laptop repaired. Took it to Best Buy. They said they would send it out to Kentucky for repair with a three week turnaround. That did not work for us. Best Buy recommended Santa Rosa Computer.
Santa Rosa Computer took a look at the laptop, ordered the replacement screen, let me take the laptop home, called me when the me screen was in hand, and replaced the screen in a couple hours. Price was very reasonable.

Santa Rosa Computers fixed up my custom build PC tower and it's running better than ever. I was charged their minimum fee for repairs (which is a great price) and am happy with their professionalism. My computer was giving me an MBR Error 1 when I tried to turn it on and whenever I tried to change the boot priority in BIOS it kept freezing, but the awesome technician's at this business fixed it up super quick! Only complaint I have is that they let me know it would be 2-3 business days then they'd call me, but I didn't get a call. I waited a few days and I called them 6 business days later asking for an update, and my computer was ready. Overall a great experience and I am satisfied with their repair.
