Place is a mess which should have tipped me off that the professionalism, accountability, and customer service would be too. Work not completed as promised, doesn't know where proofs are, no phone calls as promised, won't answer phones and can't leave messages as "...voice mail hasn't been set up..." is what you get. Inability to complete work has hurt my business and any desire to keep future business local.
