December 1, 2023 I am a Truck Driver. I arrived at this company to pick up a load. The Appointment was for the afternoon. I had to call and give the Shipping Instructions to the Receptionist. Since she took the call, she was aggressive as if she didn't like to hear something. I wasn't expecting it. The lady got even more upset when I asked her if it was possible to speed up the loading since I had a few hours to drive and finish the day. To which she replied that my Appointment was from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm, making it clear to me that there was nothing else to do. I really didn't expect her response, most of the loads are ready, very few of the time the Brokers delay the Drivers. Even if you couldn't is not the best way to do your job. The worst thing that can happen to a person working on the street is that they are insulted for asking someone a question or asking a favor.
