A month or two back the back case of my phone shattered. Nothing inside was broken, but it's not safe to use with everything exposed like that. Called them, explained the problem, got the part ordered, paid half up front. Went in, got it done, left within an hour or so.

Service is fantastic. The tech is fantastic. The waiting room is comfy. The price was reasonable. I'll be coming back if I have a problem again.

Note for wheelchair users: It is on the top floor and the elevator is straight ahead but far to the back once you enter the courtyard from the parking lot. It's slow and not great but did not feel unsafe. The actual waiting area is also a bit small but not unreasonably so. Turning around and making adjustments should be straightforward.

Abdul is great! I went to him with a laptop that had "died" and then within 3 days, another issue with my other laptop!

Both times, his service was excellent - very helpful attitude and he understands totally the need for speed to get his customers up and running again with their computers....

I live locally, so its awesome to know I have this service just a short distance away!!

I went to the Apple store (which had a long wait) only to be told that they couldn't fix my screen because the frame was slightly dented but wanted to upsell me on a new phone. I came to RxTech Repair on a Sunday and they fixed it perfectly within 4 hours of me showing up. Will always come back here in the future!

Excellent work on a smashed iPad glass! They replaced it in a few hours and it ended up looking brand new. Abdullah was very professional and responsive with my questions and phone calls. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Definitely recommend!

My Apple Watch band was stuck and I couldn’t fix it myself so I went there on Sunday morning. The guy was really nice and he fixed it free of charge. It was so nice of him and I really recommended to everybody.

Abdullah and his team were very knowledgeable. They got me in and out with my phone working as good as new. Their screen replacement comes with a warranty. His staff were efficient and helped me. Ask them about the chicken nugget keychain. Thank you rx tech repair - posted from my functioning phone!!

I went in expecting to replace the usb inside my IPad. He gave a decent price over the phone and said he could do it in 30 min. When I got there he said- let me try something- and he fiddled with it until it worked without even having to open up the iPad.

Awesome right? So I say. “How much for that bit of magic?” And he says “nah. You’re good” and just sent me on my way. 5 stars isn’t enough for that kind of thing. Thanks!
