This company are all crooks they had me do a very long and extensive research panel with my baby and then when it came time to pay me they gave me the run around, the recruiter Norma Hidalgo disappeared and wouldn’t answer my calls or text. Then when I finally spoke to the “boss” Maryanne Livia she was always “on it” but had me wait months to get answers because she was always so busy. When finally after months they could have an answer for me they said I was only getting partial payment, meanwhile i completed the entire panel and it wasn’t an easy one. They are extremely disorganized and don’t know what their doing. They are a bunch of liars and crooks I highly recommend against them. Save yourself the aggravation work for another company that can be way more professional.

I’m pretty sure this company is a scam. I’ve been participating in a study for the past 6 months and have only received 1/4 of the payment I was promised. The study was supposed to end in July (at which time payment would be sent out to participants) and has since been extended twice without any notice. No further payment has been sent out and no one at the agency is returning my emails or calls.

Amazing company and people. I was greeted by Norma such a sweetheart. The focus group was great and those who conducted the intake. I was open minded with my opinions that it felt educational at the same time. Can't wait for the next focus group.

TOTAL SCAM!!! What a sad excuse for a company. A year ago I participated in one of their "research" opportunities, took several months for them to pay me after I reached out to them about it. Then in June of 2022, I participated in another one of their focus groups, and as of October 1, 2022, I have not been paid. I have several emails from "Agata" stating I would be paid, stating that some app "Tremendous" would send me sign up information, all nonsense because now she just doesnt answer emails, I've even included one of the 'owners' in the emails, and of course no response, no payment, nothing other than a disreputable company ran by a group of con artists.

This place is not legitimate company, they send an email to a possible participant for a particular focus group to participate in with the date, and when you email back to them with your interested they purposefully ignore your email for the longest possible time and reply back to participant late when the group already formed saying that they don't need anyone anymore, the name is Theresa. I don't understand RRU Research, what is their point of emailing participants if they will never ever get back to interested participants? Long time ago this focus group was good, they had interesting focus groups to participate in, but lately its not possible to get through to anyone at this place, I guess they already have certain group of people who gets the call or gets to be send to focus groups that's why in their late response they would come up with excuse that they no longer need anyone and the group is already formed.

Always a positive experience with RRU Research. The staff are always super friendly & professional and have always provided me with timely responses. The staff are great at contacting me for focus groups that are of interest to me & I always have a lot of fun. It's a great & easy way to make extra money and I have always been paid on time, as promised. Highly recommend.

They emailed me to do a focus group , told ME what to do then tried to turn it around and say I lied and and didnt qualify. How can I not qualify and they CONTACTED ME TO DO IT and didnt even screen me. way too sketchy . If they call or email you dont do it .

They made an appointment with me so I blocked my schedule for them. Then they call last minute to cancel saying they made a mistake. They didn't even offer compensation for my lost time.
