We have been working with Route Genie since 2022. It was a massive transition from the previous dispatching software we were using. Since August of 2024, Route Genie Support Team has made tremendous strides in supporting clients using their software. We have been very impressed with the changes they have made to ensure users are being helped quickly and efficiently. The software in general in very powerful and supports companies with reporting, scheduling, billing, and all the things you need run an efficient NEMT company. We get more excited with each update the development team creates!

love this company! RouteGenie has been absolutely amazing to us at United Taxi. The minute I bring up an issue, I am able to go through IT immediately and start discussing the issue. We have been using Route Genie since 4/2024. They are amazing when helping fix any issue we have. The system is easy to use and has great report features. The only thing I wish would be better is the ability to create standing orders Bi-Weekly. Over all very impressed with the system.

Michael like all the other service team was great. He stayed on the phone the whole time. It was great to have someone actively working on a problem and someone letting me know when to test if a solution worked. It is was great to have someone see what was happening real time and grabbing the clips that needed to be passed along so we didn't feel like it was user error and not knowing how long until a fix would be found.
