I got hit with one of those online scams to scare me into calling the fake Microsoft phone number because they supposedly locked up my computer. It was early evening after Esau Meza had closed up shop, but he still answered my "panicked" phone call. Hallelujah! He was a hero to take my call and tell me what to do to save my computer, data and probably money, too. Great guy who knew exactly what to tell me. I recommend him highly and will definitely use his services in the future and I will recommend him to all of my friends, too.
