Interned for Ripplematch a few years back - complete scam, used their interns as marketing grunts without paying them. The service itself seldom provides any real opportunities, and the company exists primarily to siphon data from college students. The first part of orientation was a presentation explaining why the company wasn't a pyramid scheme, which is never a good sign.

Great job seeking application, it takes your detailed data, does some magic, and the shows you internships and full time jobs that truly match your skills and you are likely to get an interview.
Companies responded relatively quickly to my applications, which is super rare this days.
Full disclosure: I know people that work there and they are super responsive to feedback from users

I started my internship at RippleMatch thinking that it would be more of a hands-on marketing internship, where interns would deal with marketing campaigns and such. Their job description was very inaccurate and throughout the hiring process, they explained how the internship actually worked. Being students in the universities RippleMatch was targeting didn't make our job easy, because the company itself didn't have any form of connection with the long list of universities that they were trying to reach on their recruiting platform. How am I supposed to encourage people at my university to sign up for RippleMatch when one, the university isn't even familiar with it, and two, most schools have their own platforms to help students find jobs. It felt almost risky to me. I wasn't allowed to advertise RippleMatch at my university because they had no form of connection with them or any memberships. Overall, they tried to implement great marketing strategies with their interns, but going about these strategies was difficult because the company didn't make an effort to build their own connections. I ended up resigning because it felt like a burden, and their commission based compensation was very poor.

RippleMatch is the perfect platform to actually get your resume noticed by companies you are applying for. Taking 5 minutes to create a unique profile really goes a long way in proving you are a top candidate. The ability to write a few sentences explaining why you are a good fit for the position saves a lot of time compared to complete cover letters.
This company is also great to work for! I had an invaluable experience during my time as a Leadership Development Intern where I was able to take my leadership and communication skills to the next level. Julia Scudiero was a great mentor who I was able to learn a lot from and was always there to guide me every step of the way. No matter what obstacles were thrown at me, Julia was there to help design solutions and help me grow from my mistakes.
I would strongly recommend all college students to utilize this platform when searching for new roles. Taking advantage of the Leadership Development Internship is a great way to enhance your professional skills during the semester without taking up a lot of your time!

I did a paid internship with RippleMatch. The mentor helps you build new marketing strategies that helps you getting activated sign-ups. Even though I didn't get my current full-time position through RippleMatch, I think it is a great tool that students can use to get internships and full-time opportunities.

I applied to couple positions and have heard back within the same day or after some time. I have also received rejection letters so I know which job I didn't get. I recommend giving this platform a test and see it for yourself on how the AI can help you get matches.

Big Plus - No cover letter required for any job application and the applications are about 4-5 question long!!!
