We did takeout for lunch and the food was wonderful! We tried pho with steak and beef balls, spring rolls with peanut sauce, and their bubble tea. It is beautifully decorated inside with exposed bricks. There’s 4 stories total so it is fairly big place to hangout and enjoy food.

Initially, I placed an order online with specific instructions due to an allergy. When I got home to chow down, I could not do so because my request was not met. Needless to say I called them to respectfully complain and I was immediately met with professionalism. Nowadays it’s more rare to find businesses that still offer great customer service in the face of conflict. The woman on the phone was calm even though she could hear I was not so happy. She asked me for my order number to of course verify my claim without ever sounding condescending as if I were a criminal trying to get a free meal. Then she offered to fix the issues above and beyond. My order was remade in plenitude and my daughter was given a special treat as well. No one glared at me like I was an enemy for complaining when I went to pick up my fresh order. Most importantly, the food was PHENOMENAL. FRESH and TASTY. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for an overall great experience in the end.

I'm glad to find a decent place to get Pho in Mt. Vernon. I had the Combination Pho and their egg rolls. Good flavorful broth on the pho and good amount of noodles and meats. Egg rolls are big and meaty. They have a huge menu and will definitely be back to try other dishes.

The space is cute and cozy. The Spicy Sate Broth hits the spot on a chilly day. Seating is on 2 levels, which gives you great people-watching or study/work/chilling options!

Employees watch loud videos on their phone. Besides that the restaurant is dead, silent, they do not play any music or anything for the atmosphere. The food is incredibly expensive, fried rice $17. The only compliment I can give is that they were able to make the dish very quickly. I will not be coming back. You also have to give them your phone number in order to place an order.

So excited they are open! I got a vermicelli bowl with tofu and the tofu was so crispy, just how I like it. The garden rolls are also delicious, and who can resist boba tea? The service was very fast and the atmosphere is bright and airy. I’ll be coming back here all the time!!

Nice interior but there’s no music or atmosphere. The pho was decent but toppings were old and the basil was wilted.
