This company feels like such a scam! I called and had to sign the contract before knowing if their program would work for my office. They sent me a login email and start charging that same day!! Before I've had a meeting to learn how to use the program! I tried to set the meeting anyway to see if it will be for beneficial for my office and give it a chance and the person cancelled cause they had covid. I contacted them and canceled because I decided it wouldn't be beneficial in our office, I mean after all of this I didn't want to use them after being charged so much before even using the program! They charged me 3 months service fee for basically an email login, one of those only including TEN DAYS of the month. Ridiculous! Please don't go with this company. They're great at selling it to you, but their customer service is terrible and charge you before you've even used the program!

I've been using RevolutionEHR for several years now and I love how streamlined the system and integrations with other applications are. Most of all, the support team is amazing. I worked with Stefanie recently and she did a great job and assisting me with what I needed. I love that RevolutionEHR is constantly updating their software and keep up with coding and billing to make your life easier. If you're wondering whether or not to choose RevolutionEHR, I would say I would choose them again and again without question. Great job and keep it up Rev Team!

Last week I had to use Revolution's Live Help feature for a technical question and was helped by Anna R. Anna was
exceptionally polite and courteous! She responded quickly and was able to answer my questions without any issue.
I love using the chat feature on Rev as they are actually very quick to respond and are very helpful, not the typical help desk response you get from other companies.Chatting with Anna felt more like getting help from a best friend, rather than a stranger just doing their job. I couldn't ask for better service!!

Our practice has been using Revolution EHR for over 15 years. We believe their platform to be the best option for Optometry practices looking to no only care for their business bust also offer the best solutions for their patients. Their customer service is second to none. I just experienced that again during my recent interaction with Cori. Instead of passing me onto someone else she stayed on the phone with me until she was able to find a solution. I felt like she went above and beyond.

We have had revolution for about 3 and a half years now. Their customer service is always excellent. The software has so many features it is often difficult to keep track but the livechat makes figuring out what you want to do super easy. Ali helped me figure out how to add recalls today and she was super helpful and got me the information i needed quickly and efficiently.

We (Waren Optometry) have been using Revolutions for the last 7 years. We went from a small software program to an EHR software plan that was easy to understand with easy-to-follow videos and instructions. they have a live chat we can use anytime we have a question and are always open to suggestions. I worked with Clara Meier during our claims set up system and she went the extra mile to train me and to recommend the best clearing house. Clara made sure I did everything correctly and was very thoroughly during our skype meetings. It was nice to talk to her once again recently after I had an insurance billing and coding question, and she went above and beyond to get an answer for me. =)
