Beware.. Dishonest Business People.
First Incident: They overcharged us for hours. Charged us for 2 hours when Tech was only on site for 1 hour. When we called and questioned it, they sent an email stating that they would credit our account for the next service. Then when we tried to get them to come and do work to use our credit, they stated the did not have any staff available to do the work. We are owed $90 for this, but will have to take a loss for it.

Second Incident: The Warranty company dispatched out the company for a repair and the Warranty Company was suppose to pay for the work.
One year and half later , they decided they would charge our card on file.
The invoice states it was a Warranty job and we never authorized payment. This is FRAUD. Do not pay with credit card for any service, they will keep it and try to charge for services not authorized.

I would call them and see for yourself instead of listening to the negative reviews. I called and was looking for a technician to service a coffee machine and carl helped me locate someone out of kindness. They spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to help me with nothing in it for them.

This company has very poor customer service, charges entirely too much, and you will need to watch them on the hours they charge you for! They charged for 2 hours at a time even though they did less than an hours worth of work. They also don't give free estimates.I confronted our sales guy about these issues and he told me basically to F* off and said they wouldn't work with us anymore. He went out to tout how they have over 80 trucks and that they don't need our business so they really don't care about the little guy or mid-size business. If you are a restaurant or homeowner don't pay the $85/hr charge for them to come and service any electrical issues. Save your self hundreds of dollars by going to your local guy who can do just as good of a job as this company. Any licensed electrician or HVAC guy can work on Restaurant Equipment. No need to go to a company that says they specialize in restaurants and pay the extra $20/hr to $40/hr.
