These guys are absolutely amazing! I went in there for some thermal paste which was incredibly reasonably priced. Very very knowledgeable staff super friendly, an absolute asset for the area. I've used the guys at Respec Tech a number of times. They've never been less than helpful, efficient, and non-judgemental of hapless computer users. Brought them my slow-running computer and they quickly diagnosed and corrected a poorly installed program. Afterwards they recommended removal of an unneeded program that was hampering the system. All while I waited. Use them without hesitation.

Respec Tech Inc makes me happy! They treat the customer right. I have brought my laptop in a number of times for various issues and they always troubleshoot with gusto. They seem to relish a tech challenge and enjoy outdoing one another in the best course of techie action. It's obvious they love what they do and they are not out to rip the customer off. At one point, I was ready to give up and plunk down the bucks for a new laptop, but they saved the day and fixed my old beast for just a few bucks and it's been a running like new for a long time since! They want the customer happy, and the tech working right. Exceedingly fair, knowledgeable, and efficient...I love Respec Tech Inc..

Great service at a great price! My hard drive was failing. John replaced the drive and transferred all my files & data to the new drive, much of which had to be done by hand as my old drive was badly corrupted. John then worked with me to recreate all desired settings and to ensure my printer worked as well. All for less than the original estimate. VERY satisfied! I highly recommend Respectech.
