I have been working for Resource Innovations since April 2022. I was 7 months pregnant when I started and they were amazing. I was able to get the time off I needed for my appointments as long as I let them know far enough in advance. When I had my baby they were very quick to start my leave and is was no hassle. A few days later I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. When I came back they were very accommodating and didn’t expect me to come back 100%. This is a fast pace job with very strict deadlines where some days are busier than others. If your looking for a job where you can lollygag around this is not the job for you. This is a great company to work for and I’m glad I found this company. I 10/10 recommend this job!

I worked with Nexant for about 20 months from 2017 thru 2019. Although, it started out so promising, the way they treated their employees was so awful. When I started the Energy Management Program with SLCC, I asked to be moved to part-time possibly. I was brought into an office about a week and a half later and basically told I was being let go due to a failed call. When I asked for details on this call, they could not tell me. I really hope that things have gotten better there.

I love working here! The people I work with are just phenomenal! I have been here for almost two years and have grown both professionally and personally. Brad (Principal) is wonderful to work with/for. He brings ideas to life and never lets your hard work and dedication go unnoticed. This location (SLC, UT) processes rebate applications and provides Customer Service to energy companies/businesses.

Wished I read the (real) reviews before working here. Nice at first but definitely breath down your neck if you're not working like a perfect robot. Management never apologizes sincerely. You are just another number. Would not let change departments either if requested. Beware..

Literally only one nice person there named Leena besides that all the managers have stuck up attitudes and think they own the place especially the managers who arent in charge of you. They ask you to work on projects they dont train you for and theyre "training" consist of watch someone do there work for 8 hours and have awkward small talk

People who I knew have worked here/ were customers and when they leave a negative review/ honest review. It gets deleted! This place tries to hide all the terrible things. Never work here!
