We had several pest control companies come out before, but Gary from Research Pest Control was the one who truly went the extra mile. He was personable, communicated well, and worked hard to track down the source of the problem—even with how tricky our old house made it. His colleagues were also great, but Gary really stood out with his dedication and attention to detail. Highly recommend! Gary rules!!

I have been having an ant problem and couldn't get rid of them myself. I called Research Pest Control based on a recommendation from a friend and could not be happier. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly, and had a technician come out earlier today. The technician, Jeremy, was super efficient and kind, very prompt, helpful, and gave good information. Very grateful for their service.

We have used Research Pest Control for more years than I can remember. We switched one time to another pest control company when they offered us a great deal and realized quickly, they were not equal to Research Pest Control. Erick has been to our home before. He is always friendly and checks with us before starting if we have noticed more bugs/types. Did a great job. Friendly and professional!

I had the misfortune of having my home treated by Research Pest Control, and I can't stress enough how terrible the experience was. The technician arrived late, only after numerous follow-up calls on his whereabouts while I waited at home for him all day. Had I not chased up, he would have never showed up. Once he finally showed up, he seemed completely disinterested in the job. Instead of a thorough inspection, he just spot-sprayed some squirts of chemicals and left — unlike other companies, who treat areas like entry ways, sideboards, under kitchen cabinet, stove, fridge areas, all rooms and bathrooms, balconies and porches. When I asked if he treated outside, he said "yes", while I clearly saw it from the window that he just walked right inside, not treating anything outside at all. Integrity right there for you.

As a result, the pest problem didn't improve at all. When I called their customer service to reschedule the appointment since the pest control was not effective, I was met with rude responses and zero accountability. The representative was obnoxious, interrupting me half-way through my sentence and saying things like, "Oh, now you wanna complain?" Then she says she puts me through to her supervisor, who had just the same attitude and zero helpfulness. I had to emphasize it multiple times that all I want is that they schedule an appointment to re-treat the home. It took a 10-minute call for them to finally agree to retreating it! This is just a massive waste of time and money! Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Just had our quarterly control treatment...Russell is a wonderful guy. Professional, super friendly & customer driven. My praise for the Research Team is ongoing. I have found a gem in Research Pest Control. Starts with Chet...runs a customer driven top notch company. Beth, Ginger, Gary, Goomie, Russell...are all terrific. Thanks!
Gary is a terrific person! He's very knowledgeable about pests and how/where to treat them. Been a Research customer for many years...wouldn't go anywhere else. Starts with great service up front. Whenever I reach out I'm always met with a super friendly response. This company is in rare air as far as I'm concerned. I'm old school & really do value old school customer service. Chet's leadership is to be commended. He's built a fantastic company full of fantastic Teammates!! Thanks brother!

Gary came out today to eradicate several cicada wasp killer mounds. As usual he did a terrific job. Such a good guy & great attitude. Really do appreciate his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. Hey Chet...give him an attaboy! Research customer for life...
