The best car broker I ever use in the past 10 years!! I mean, I have been enjoying to shop around, call different dealers when I need to lease a new car... Until!!!!!!!! I met RES auto!!! No joke, their deals are always good, never play a game, and save me a bunch of time and money. After I use their service, I think I would never change my broker again. Since I just found out my co-worker, my friend's boss is all using their service.

I have more confidence with RES auto group.
Especially they have an agent who can speak Chinese as well, which is super good for my parents-in-law(they barely speaks English). They just bought a Lexus NX and a BMW 3 series from RES auto. And they are very happy with their overall service(and price!!!!!), they told me that the deal from res auto was the best deal they ever had.

All in all, it's not easy to find a reliable car broker in local, especially since you know almost 80% sales from dealers are not reliable and always tricked you into their store. When you got there, they love to play the game with you and wasting you a lot of time, every single time. It always makes me a headache when I thinking about to step into a dealership.

Anyway, I don't need to worry about leasing a new car anymore.
Just a call, RES auto would help me to hunt the exact car I requested, model, color, package with a good deal. So, why should I waste my time at the dealership? No, thank you! No more dealer. I will only spend my time for a cup of tea, then the new vehicle will deliver to my house!!!(it's free)

The president, Derek, was able to turn around my request quickly in finding a new car with all the features I desired. More importantly, at a reasonable price. The services are new to me and I truly enjoyed the convenience and the personalized consultation. I no longer need to worry about the hectic and painful times of negotiating a car in a dealership.
