I think that the entire experience was very positive. All of the contact leading up to the auction was very helpful and set my mom at ease. I can’t think of much more that could have been done. I’m very thankful for the way Andy and Mary were always a phone call away. The team that worked preparing for and working the day of the auction were very professional and friendly. I can’t imagine things being better.

Andy was great working with! The team was very professional and knowledgeable. They sold our land for a lot more than we hoped for. His auctioneer abilities were awesome, he pushed the price just at the right time. Will use him again for sure!

My wife and I drive 1.5 hours min to attend as many auctions that we can from RES. Always professional and fun. We enjoy the fast paced auctioning and the staff are top notch. Unfortunately for the other auction houses in the area, RES was my first. When I attended another auction house not too long ago it was painfully slow and boring. Oops, we won’t do that again. Cannot wait till the next one. Hurry up, What are you waiting for? Lol
