Donna is one of the kindest, most selfless people I know. This is the second time I have worked with her, first as my listing agent, then as my buying agent. I would never dream of working with anyone else. Donna is extremely knowledgeable and hard-working, but her genuine care for her clients is what makes her shine. She has this way of making the scary unknown feel a lot more manageable. This company doesn’t care about the community. A tree fell and blocked in the neighborhood St.Andrew’s from exiting after Hurricane Helene. Not only did they threatened to call cops for people driving on their grass, they then took piles of trees, debris, and trash cans to block ways to the main road. In a stressful time when so many people were coming together to help one another, they decided to care about their grass.

During Hurricane Helene, the staff showed no compassion for the people trapped in the neighborhood with whom this business shares an entrance. When trees blocked all exits and the only way out for 48 hours was through the Remax property, instead of helping their community, they called the cops on people for driving through their yard. They then purposely moved branches that had already been cleared out of the roads to block the street again. They only cared about their grass when dozens of people suffered catastrophic losses to their homes.

Those are vile and selfish actions, and anyone who acts that way in emergency situations does not deserve any business. I will never support this business and recommend people search for any other realtor in the area.

Excellent service! Sonia Salazar is very professional, helpful and friendly. She managed, bought and sold properties for us. I would ever questioned her integrity and trust we had on her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
